With over 300 days of sunshine each year in Colorado, we are always looking for ways to help our clients spend more time outside. Spring in Denver is the perfect time to showcase this recent project in Littleton, where we expanded an existing patio to create the ultimate backyard retreat. The heart of the project is this new covered space, complete with a custom fireplace and a large dining area where friends and family can gather. By thoughtfully integrating the new design with existing landscape features, we created a cohesive outdoor living space this family will enjoy for years to come.

To restore a sense of rest and everyday joy, every material was thoughtfully curated to bring this specific vision to life:
