Commercial painting is quite different than house painting, mainly because of the size of the projects. Custom Painting, Inc. recently completed a 12-month project repainting the Amazon warehouse in Stockton. The property had water inclusions in the exterior surfaces, which had to be addressed before the panels could be primed, retextured, one coat of primer added, and then two coats of elastomeric coating to achieve a waterproof membrane over the entire exterior of the building.
