Why order replacements while we’re still cleaning these filters? It changes how we handle the next visit. Today, Josh is washing the filters on site. With replacements ordered for every unit, we can swap the filters next time and take the dirty ones offsite to clean.

One office wants heat. The next wants AC. This system is designed to handle both. 🔥❄️

Josh walks through the plans for a commercial buildout using a Fujitsu heat-recovery system with 27 indoor units and four branch boxes.

What makes that useful? The ability to heat one office while cooling another at the same time, depending on what each space needs.

Before installation begins, those decisions are already taking shape on paper. This is a look at the planning behind the project—and the flexibility being built into it.

You’ll see the grille in the ceiling. Here’s what connects above it. 👀

Josh takes us into the attic to explain a return-air upgrade—from the duct connection to the location of the new ceiling return.

The goal on this job is to better balance the house. Before everything gets closed up, we’re showing you the plan and the work happening behind the scenes.

It’s a part of your heating and air conditioning system you rarely see, but it deserves more attention than just what’s happening at the thermostat.

The motor is running. But is the AC cooling?

That’s one of the things Josh checks before calling this service visit finished. Then it’s the little details: tidy up, secure the wiring, and double-check the work.

Getting it running isn’t the cue to pack up.

There’s still cleanup, securing the wiring, and checking that the unit is cooling before Josh leaves.

The finishing details might not be the dramatic part of a repair, but they’re part of the job.

Follow Killen Mechanical to see what happens beyond the replacement part.
