Great review from Bryan... "Fast, Professional, and Effective. I called at around noon to see if they could send someone out right away to diagnose water oozing across the sidewalk coming from our water meter box. Grant from Performance Plus arrived within an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to show me exactly why he was sure that it was on the meter side – and explained that it was Cal Water’s responsibility to fix at their cost. He contacted Cal Water directly and when they wanted to schedule someone to come by in 3 days to take a look - he pushed back. He got them to commit to getting someone out same day. Cal Water showed up, replaced the meter, and now everything is fully resolved less than 4 hours after I first noticed the problem. Thank you Performance Plus."
