Company-wide Town Hall events have wrapped up for the quarter, and the momentum is strong! We kicked things off in May as our leadership team connected with office-based and remote team members to share updates on our business and the broader industry. And over the following couple of weeks, we took the conversations directly into every manufacturing facility across our network.

For Earth Day, Cabinetworks team members received saplings to plant in their own yards and communities, and this team made a real impact! What started as a small gesture is now taking root across the places we call home, and we’re proud to see these efforts—and more than 5,000 saplings—grow into something meaningful for the future. We've been proud partners of the Gary Sinise Foundation since 2023, supporting their R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence, Supporting Empowerment) program, which builds 100% mortgage-free, specially adapted smart homes for severely wounded veterans and first responders.

As cabinetmakers, we know our work lives at the heart of the home—the kitchen. Being able to bring that care and craftsmanship to homes built for American heroes is an incredible honor.

In 2026, Cabinetworks Group will provide cabinetry for six Gary Sinise Foundation homes, and our entire nationwide team—from the shop floor to the office—shares the pride of standing behind this work.

Together, we’re honored to support those who have sacrificed so much for our country.

As a company built on the natural beauty of wood, we recognize a unique responsibility to care for the resources that make our work possible. It's not just about what we create--it's about how we give back.

So this Earth Day, we're taking a simple, meaningful step together. Thanks in part to a generous donation of saplings from Buckeye State Tree Nursery, we're providing every team member--all 5,000+ of us--with a sapling to plant in our yards, neighborhoods, and community spaces. It's a small act that, collectively, will make a lasting impact on the environment and the communities where we live and work.

Through this initiative, we're living our core value of "We Do the Right Thing" by supporting cleaner air, healthier ecosystems, and a more sustainable future. We're proud to do our part and grow something bigger together!

In March, we were proud to celebrate International Women's Day and Women's History Month at Cabinetworks Group by shining a spotlight on the talented women who make an impact across our organization every day.

Team members from across the company submitted nearly 500 recognitions, celebrating female colleagues who consistently go above and beyond. It was an inspiring reminder of the incredible skill, dedication, and leadership that these talented women bring to our business.

We're fortunate to work alongside such a strong group of women, and proud to foster a culture where there are no limits to what women can achieve, including at the senior leadership level. Great work often requires great partnerships, and we're thankful to our friends at US LBM Foundation for their collaboration in this meaningful work for the Gary Sinise Foundation. We're honored that our cabinetry has a part in creating places of comfort, stability, and new beginnings for so many of our wounded heroes.
