Another stunning kitchen transformation for some amazing clients.
After opening walls, found laundry list of plumbing and electrical issues that would not pass code.
Ended up replumbing the entire home from the upstairs bathroom through the kitchen and basement main stack.
Updated all of the electrical and service panel to pass city inspections. Sub floor removed, replaced broken floor joists, leveled and installed new subfloor and the list goes on and on and on!
Even with the massive amount of unforeseeable add-ons Top Gun crew pulled it off in 4 weeks flat!
