Must have his own basic hand tools, drills, basic nail guns etc..
Candidate must be a team leader and able to manage crews.
Must have a reliable truck.
Must be able handle material logistics and/or pull small flat bed trailer.
This job’s ultimate responsibility will be to manage a crew and work day in and day out over-seeing daily responsibilities and routines.
