Been a little busy so here's a photo dump of the last couple weeks. One we wrapped up today that had height challenges. Uncased coil in a custom built cabinet with a 2 stage furnace. Ac installs, water heaters including a heat pump style.

Mini splits need a special kind of service. Especially the indoor head units. We have the equipment to service them. Musty smell when you turn them on? Black specs in the fan and louvers? Don't let air quality ruin your comfort. Call for pricing as these are a little bit more labor intensive than traditional AC systems. Comprehensive deep clean and mold remediation is performed.

Out in the this weather installing AC and a brand new Furnace. May not feel like AC Season, but it's coming. And these customers are ready for it. Even set the outdoor unit on a good base for the landscapers to redo the beds.

This new forced air system should be quite comfortable. Beautiful home in Williamsville received a makeover. New Tempstar furnace, AC, Aprilaire Humidifier and air cleaner. Also a upgraded tankless , getting away from dual water heaters. All high efficiency equipment.

Been a week of supporting local businesses. Supporting each others in the end, is what drives local community and economy. Tom's Diner got a upgraded Griddle. Be sure to visit for a one of a kind breakfast experience. Hawleys Grove is rocking away serving drinks and food on the west end. The Alliance Church got a clean bill of health today with a total kitchen makeover (Forgot pictures other than the grease trap). And we returned this morning to Magic Grandmas Laundromat (Old Jax) for its first annual maintenance on the water heater rack system we put in last March. And as always, Manitos makes sure we eat!!! The best Mexican food in the area. And who can't resist Mr Manitos charm.

We got our friends at Hawleys Grove up and running with a much needed walk in cooler upgrade. Replacing the old Larkin, rebuilding the back wall and re foam. Landing the condenser to the outside of the building rather being inside above the walk in. New EVAP with smart speed controls and ECM motors. Efficiency .......Supporting our local businesses is a must in communities. So if you're on the West end of town and need a ice cold beer, be sure to stop in. They have a great vibe going on over there.

Removed the single electric water heater in this two unit rental. Separated the electric and gas for upper and lower apartments. Installed two Bradford White tankless water heaters in this cramped maintenance closet Straightened out quite a bit and pretty much started over.

AC Season has started early for us. New Central air and furnace yesterday. Replacing a old Goodman. New sheetmetal transition, high efficiency furnace.
