Getting back into the swing of things, with this one. This is just the beginning of a special custom order for a dear family member. This will take quite some time, but I’m already wondering if I should do a braided edge all the way around, or just finish it out, n’ leave it alone? 😌

This post is overdue, but we are indeed back to the daily grind of life. I have been working hard on so many new things in the past few weeks, it's starting to take a toll on my energy & body.

We are working on building a bigger & better loom, for a current custom order (Donna Carraway Huey), n’ I have 3 more orders to fulfill after I get this one knocked out.

In the down time (little downtime that is), I am renovating 2 rooms upstairs, working on 4 websites, hunting & fighting these feral hogs that are destroying our properties, as well as working within the community to try n’ save our livelihood. All the while, chasing around my feral toddler.

I appreciate y'all's patience, in this time. We are doing things, n’ we are still up & running, even though it don't look like it.

I want everyone to know, I have been having problems with pre-set posts. With that being said, we are currently on vacation and will be until this coming Tuesday, but if anyone needs to reach out, we will respond. It just won’t be instant like usual.

We are also in the process of making a secondary loom, sized for all bed size blankets; ie: Twin, Queen, King and California King.

So many things in the works but sometimes you gotta take a break, or your immunity takes a hit. I’m so horrible at taking breaks, hence, I’m under the weather a bit, today. Ugh

So, with this downtime, I’m gonna be working on resting up, soothing my back on a hot pad, & clearing my sinuses. I’m trying to catch up on as advertisements, & schedule some post for the future weeks.

Also, we will not be in office Friday through Tuesday of this coming weekend, into next. Hopefully I will be up and about by then, back to my normal self. 🤞🏻

Normally, I post blanket related stuff, but today I feel like a log, so here’s laughter being the best medicine. Cheers! 🥂

What to do on those late nights that one can’t sleep, but you have UFP’s & multiple scraps in various piles, that are taking up more space than they are making sales… Pull them out, & finish em’ is what! Who know what could come out of them…

Do you donate food, clothing, or other materials to those in need? Organizations or individuals? Animals or humans?

We want to help those in less fortunate circumstances, those who truly need our support.

We are talking homeless shelters, animal & human shelters (to be clear), foster children, those that are down on their luck due to natural disasters, (ie: the fires in S. Ga that are breaking my heart, & anywhere else for that matter). Someone/a furbaby who may be struggling with life on all aspects, that just need a HEARTFELT HUG, to know someone truly cares.

Do you know anyone that who might be able to help us reach the right people? Reach out, share this post, tag your people - whatever avenues you need to take, to get this to the right people, please!

This is a real world problem, people. We need to pass around kindness to those that need it the most.

I truly believe we should not be the ones to judge, because it’s not our place. OUR PLACE is to TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT & LOVE THEM WITH OUR HEARTS. JUST as God would.

Pay it forward, reach out & let’s see if we can bring some joy, love & warmth to those who are less fortunate.
