Hi, I’m Emily — the owner, baker, decorator, order taker, dish washer, grocery shopper, photographer, accountant, customer service department, and occasionally the person wondering where I just put the piping tip that was literally in my hand two seconds ago. 😂
Basically…if it happens at Again & Again Bakery, there’s a pretty good chance I’m the one doing it.

A little about me: I’m a wife and mom of three, and I’ve always loved creating. I’ve rotated through more crafty hobbies than I can count… usually getting completely obsessed with one before moving on to the next.
I joke that this is my first hobby that has actually stuck.
Again & again, day in and day out. 😂
But I think there’s more to it than that. I’ve always loved using my hands to create things. I love acts of service. I love making something for someone else and knowing that it was made for them.
And more than anything, I love making people feel seen, cared for and celebrated.
I found cookies pretty randomly, and honestly, at one of my lowest points. I didn’t set out to build a bakery. I just found this little creative outlet that somehow became something much bigger.
Since then, life has been a whole lot sweeter.
Now, I get to create for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, first birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate events… and all of the little “just because we’re celebrating” moments in between.
I love taking a color palette, an invitation, a Pinterest screenshot, or even a vague “I don’t really know what I want, but…” and turning it into something that feels personal to the person being celebrated.
Because to me, desserts have never really been just about dessert.
They’re a small way of saying I see you. I thought about you. You are worth celebrating.
And that’s really the heart of Again & Again.
Creating. Serving. Celebrating.
Again & again. 💞
