The project is now complete, and the results are outstanding. Initially, we conducted a thorough assessment of the property, filling nail holes and patches throughout the house. The upstairs doors and trim required stripping due to peeling and cracking paint. Following this, we applied wood putty to the trim and doors for a seamless finish. We utilized high-quality paint from Sherwin Williams to repaint nearly the entire house, excluding the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, the customer requested the installation of a butcher block kitchen counter and a marble mosaic tile backsplash. We also replaced the front steps with new pressure-treated lumber. I'm having an issue with the gaps in these doors they are about a half inch away from latching . Is there any suggestions on how to fix the problem .

The painting phase of this project is complete, and reassembly is underway. Additionally, I applied wallpaper to the dining room's cubbyhole and will install butcher block shelves as per the client's request. I'm now ready to proceed with primer and paint application at the house in Watkins Glen that has been my current project. The doors have been properly aligned and are ready for painting. As part of the renovation, I removed the paint from the doors, casing, and baseboards on the upper floor of the house. The paint came off easily in chips, requiring its removal. Furthermore, I completed the drywall installation and mudding work in the closet.

We’re on to the next lakehouse project!
Got the house all soft washed yesterday- need to sand & prep some window frames & patch holes around the soffits & fascia.
We will be re-staining this one with a semi solid Hawthorne stain from Sherwin Williams .

I am preparing to undertake mud work on walls and select ceiling areas, following which I will proceed with painting the ceilings, trim, and walls throughout the three-story property. Note that the third floor still requires drywall finishing. Furthermore, I will be replacing the kitchen counter with a butcher block counter. As I finalize my winter schedule, I invite inquiries for indoor projects and provide free estimates, full insurance coverage, and Angie-approved .

Haven’t had the chance to post as much lately as we’ve just been busy!
But here’s some before ,during & after photos of a garage we completely scraped & restored last week.
Replaced the original plywood soffits , installed new fasica boards, new door & trim on garage doors.
We applied 2 fresh coats of paint to match the house and installed some cool motion sensor lights - turned out great! Wrapped the fascia , hung new gutters up & painted the side porch over the weekend🫡🤝
