We knew the legendary Thomas Dambo trolls were hiding out at Bernheim Arboretum in Kentucky, but actually seeing Little Nis in person is pure magic! 🌳🏃‍♂️💨

What makes these giants so special is that they’re handcrafted entirely from recycled forest materials. They were built with the beautiful intention of eventually decomposing and returning to the earth, so we were so hyped to find them still standing strong! 🍂♻️

It feels like stepping straight into a fairytale. Grab your hiking shoes and go hunt for them before they become part of the forest again! 🗺️❤️

Proof that my "sweet tooth" has its limits. 🫠🚫

I know, I know... please don’t revoke my wizarding world pass! But one sip of this Butterbeer and my soul nearly left my body from the sugar rush. You can see the exact moment I realized I didn’t know what I was getting myself into.

I really wanted to love it, but it’s just a bit much for me. Sorry friends! I know it’s an unpopular take, but I’ve gotta be honest. 🤷‍♀️🪄

The world has good people in it. After I announced I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted some toast, friends reached out to me.

One friend offered me gluten-free bread and one just brought a loaf of homemade gluten-free bread over to my house this morning. They are so sweet!

In this world there are good people. I’m so grateful to know them.

The Secret to the Perfect GF Stack 🥞✨

Stop settling for flat gluten-free pancakes! I’ve tried them all, and is the GOAT, but here is the trick to making them restaurant-quality:

Add an extra 1/4 cup of the mix than what the bag calls for. That extra bit of flour creates the structure needed for a thick, fluffy, and delicious stack every single time.

Trust me, your Sunday morning just got an upgrade.

Angie’s in Logan, Utah has the best pancakes. The fact they are gluten-free just makes them so much better! Run, don’t walk to these! It’s one of the best things about visiting northern Utah.
