For a nice indoor project, Mindy and I built a custom log rack to fit beside our woodburning stove, tucked under our TV. Stained to match our mantle, we used two sets of steel brackets ordered from Amazon, Minwax oil-based stain, and the straightest Lowe’s 2x4s we could find.

Today I completed a few “around-the-house” things for a customer, including a new pet gate, a fence latch, hung up some pictures and put in a new front porch light.
