Thursday night, we got a call from a GC we’ve worked with on multiple projects.
They had gone with a new, lower-priced subcontractor for a CVS build-out… and it didn’t go as planned. The job was already 2 weeks behind schedule, and the quality wasn’t where it needed to be.
They made the call to remove them from the site — and brought us in to get things back on track.
We didn’t waste time.
By Friday, we were on an emergency flight to meet with the crew on-site, get aligned, and lay out exactly what needed to happen to recover the project.
This is exactly why we operate the way we do.
Price matters — but ex*****on matters more.
