"1-day" garage floor coating installations use a polyurea or polyaspartic as both the direct-to-concrete primer coat and (single) clear top coat. Bad idea! These wafer-thin systems don't mitigate for moisture very well (hence their warranty exclusions to "moisture-related issues") and tend to poorly protect against hot-tire transfer (aka plasticizer migration)…two of the most common reasons for coating system failures! Forget "1-day" installs. Quality concrete coatings take a little time.

We’ll prepare your concrete slab using professional diamond grinders (with HEPA attachments to mitigate dust) and our proprietary concrete patch system to fix pits, cracks and breaks. Concrete preparation creates a perfect “canvas” before applying the first liquid coating layer. Quality garage floor coating systems take a little time.

We were trained and certified years ago in the only way to properly install garage floor coatings: with a moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat (which acts as a moisture v***r barrier), a full flake broadcast, and dual (not just one) 100%-solids polyaspartic clear topcoats.
