After an incredibly strong and inspiring fight, our coworker Jessica Tewell is celebrating her final radiation treatment! To mark this moment, she rang the bell today. A powerful symbol of everything she’s overcome and the strength she’s shown every step of the way.

Frozen Pipes from the Below-Zero Windchills? Here’s What to Do

If your water stops flowing, you may have a frozen pipe. Act fast — but safely:

🔹 Turn off the water to prevent a burst when it thaws
🔹 Open faucets to relieve pressure
🔹 Gently warm the pipe (hair dryer, heat lamp, or space heater — never an open flame)
🔹 Start where the pipe is exposed and work toward the frozen section
🔹 Leave cabinet doors open to let warm air circulate

If a pipe bursts, shut off the main water supply immediately and call a plumber.

We have pipe insulation, heat tape, space heaters, fittings, and supplies to help you thaw safely and prevent it from happening again.
