✨ OPENING THINGS UP ✨

This transformation was all about creating space — and it started by removing a load-bearing wall right in the center of this home.

The original layout felt closed off, separating the dining room from the kitchen and limiting natural light. By carefully installing a properly engineered beam and removing the structural wall, we completely opened up the floor plan.

Now the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together — brighter, more functional, and perfect for gathering. 🙌

Structural changes like this aren’t just demo work — they require proper planning, temporary supports, precise beam installation, and making sure everything is done safely and up to code. The end result? A home that feels twice as big without adding a single square foot.
