Anyone know of a kid wanting to start their own lawn service or got one and needing to upgrade to a better mower? I have a old Exmark Viking 36" walk behind mowe that ran great when I stopped using it. Has a newer 13hp kawasaki motor, solid filled rear tires, needs a new belt for the left drive and a few other things. It use to cut awesome and stripe great when I used it. Haven't started in over a year. Giving this away as is to a good kid looking to kick start their business!

Finally got the last project of the year completed outside of adding dirt around the concrete. 46x13 patio, 20x13 deck with black steel railing and Dark coca Timbertech decking.

Finished up this 5x12 egress deck and stairs for a church remodel.

The customer removed the old deck that was here, were removed an old 12x12 slab and poured the new 17x20 slab with a new set of stairs.

We got this inclosed deck screens replaced from the old fiberglass screen to new pet proof screen! The screen is amazing! Also built a new custom cedar door with a cat door in it for them. Then added on a 6x15 uncovered deck with stairs for their grill to sit on and some outdoor space! This space is now ready to use again!

Buried 5 down spouts to a 6" main line, across a parking lot to be able to drain out. Installed w**d mat and 14k lbs of rubber mulch in the play area with some grading and a 5 ft black chain link fence and metal edging on the bottom. I hope the kids will have a better time playing with help of heeping them in!

Small grill patio added! Dirt around it will be better graded as soon as it drys out but rain made it sticky that day!

Small fence replacement done!

Got a few walls done today. Replaced one that was falling over and added walls to a parking area and filled with gravel to give a better elevation and to keep the gravel from spiling in the yard.
