Toilet replacement. Sometimes you have to undo “quick fix” work, but it’s simple and quick if you know what you're doing. I prefer the non-wax rings that connect the Fl**ge and toilet base together. Work smarter not harder.

Rotted out Subfloor rehab I did back in January.
The floor was unstable and breaking at every beam. Ripped out the old floor slabs, cross and support beams. Replaced with new and reinforced studs and posts. Higher quality plywood for better stability to walk on. Very satisfied with the end result.
