THANK YOU ALL for reaching out with advice, solutions, and comforts.🚨Here’s an UPDATE on the complaint against my carnivorous grow operation.

Apparently, the complaint is for “TRASH & DEBRIS; NON OPERATIVE VEHICLE IN DRIVEWAY.” There’s no mention of a greenhouse.

There is a municipal code for LA County forbidding where I have my greenhouse (within 10 feet of a property line or home), but there is no city code that I can find. The complaint was filed with the city, not the county, so fingers crossed they don’t find a violation.

There are some sarracenia that have yet to be repotted or trimmed sitting in the driveway which could be construed as trash. I will be relocating them tonight. There is no vehicle in the driveway.

🚨URGENT HELP REQUESTED 🚨
I just learned that a neighbor reported my little driveway plant operation to the city and an inspector will be coming either tomorrow or the next day.

I currently have a 8’x10’greenhouse and four 2’x6’ Sarracenia beds visible. No illegal plants.

I have absolutely nowhere to relocate all the plants to. 🥲

Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
