So cool! 🌿 Thanks to our amazing partners The Future Urban Farmers Academy gives me the opportunity to teach classes here at Feel Good Kitchen LB, and I absolutely love it.🫶🏻

Today’s Zero Waste was an absolute hit! 🫶🏻 There is nothing better than sharing sustainable kitchen hacks with people who care about the planet as much as I do. Massive thank you to everyone who came out, chopped, learned, and enjoyed a meal with me today.

Getting to share my passion for sustainable cooking with such an awesome group of people is unmatched. 🫶🏻✨

Give back to your community, wherever you’re at. Doesn’t have to be big.

My little contribution is this: I share our kitchen with mutual aid groups when I can. And I teach them how to cook in large quantities so they can feed more people.

If you’ve got something to offer, offer it. That’s how we all get through.

Having a commercial kitchen is a privilege. I don’t take that lightly. I always say do good with what you got where you are at 🫶🏻

So when I can, I open our space up at Feel Good Kitchen LB for free to groups doing mutual aid work in our community. If you’re feeding people, supporting neighbors, doing the work — reach out. If the calendar’s open, it’s yours.
