✨ Deck Resurface Transformation ✨

This project was all about giving an existing deck a complete modern upgrade with premium materials and custom details built to last.

For the decking surface, we used beautiful TimberTech Cypress decking accented with a TimberTech Dark Hickory picture frame and matching fascia for a bold contrast. The custom-built staircase creates a clean, seamless transition while the Deckorators cable railing with TimberTech Dark Hickory top rail keeps the view open and modern.

To finish the project, we added lattice skirting for a clean polished look underneath the deck.

Clean lines. Custom details. Built to entertain.

This 1,800 sq.ft. custom deck project was designed to create multiple outdoor living spaces while keeping everything connected seamlessly. Featuring 3 different deck levels, custom staircases, and a full outdoor entertainment setup, this project completely transformed the backyard.

For decking, we used premium Deckorators Voyage in Khaya, finished with Deckorators Dark Slate picture framing, fascia, and skirting for a bold contrast.

The curved section was completed with custom Trex Signature black aluminum railing, giving the deck a clean modern finish while matching the unique layout perfectly.

This project also includes:
• Outdoor kitchen with grill, burner, sink, storage & drawers
• Semi-circle seating area with gas fire pit
• Motorized louvered roof system
• Integrated riser lighting throughout the stairs
• Multi-level design for separate entertaining spaces

Spring is here, and this backyard is ready for it.

We built this beautiful two-level deck, used Trex Lineage Biscayne decking for a clean, modern look that blends perfectly with the season.

The railings feature RDI white vinyl with black aluminum balusters, giving it that sharp contrast and timeless finish. We completed the look with grey vinyl lattice and white PVC fascia for a crisp, low-maintenance design all around.

And to top it off — a hot tub set on a concrete pad, fully integrated into the space for the perfect spot to unwind year-round.

Ready for warm nights, morning coffee, and everything in between.

Last spring we transformed this space with a brand new deck—keeping the same layout the homeowners loved, but upgrading everything to a modern, low-maintenance finish.

We used Trex Transcend Spiced Rum decking, fully picture framed and finished with a clean horizontal skirt for a sharp look all around.
The railings are Trex Signature aluminum, paired with a Spiced Rum cocktail top—perfect for both style and functionality.

To make the space even more practical and family-friendly, we also added two self-closing gates for safety and easy access.

Partial Covered Deck Done Right 🔥

This project brings together comfort, durability, and clean design.

We built this deck using Trex Lineage Biscayne decking, picture framed all the way around with Trex Lineage Island Mist for a sharp, defined finish. The covered roof is finished with white PVC and a semi-vented hidden soffit, seamlessly matched to the existing home with the same shingles.

To elevate the space even more, we added recessed ceiling lights and a ceiling fan—perfect for enjoying the outdoors day or night.
