Deck of your dreams. Well, maybe not, but this is certainly a refresh of an existing structure of my clients getting really excited about. Where is Woodpecker Point today? Branchburg NJ! The problem with new construction today is??? Quality…. Only a few years old and this happens to the door. Rot and paint failure. Leaking under front door due to lack of flashing.

Solution is strip the paint down to bare wood and repaint. Install proper flashing as best as possible without removing the door and seal with quality sealant. Then reassemble trim and avoid a $15k door replacement in a few years.

Do it right the first time!

I’m gluing back down landscape blocks so they don’t trip on them anymore. And we got them a brand new mailbox. New mailbox with custom lettering and address, what do you think?
