The Breckenridge house is complete! Varitile Inc. stone coated steel, R5 batt insulated radiant barrier, and counter batten framing. These homeowners won't be facing ice damming issues anymore!

Wrapped up my Breckenridge steel project yesterday. This roof turned out absolutely GORGEOUS! This customer had horrific ice dam issues when we first met and we started talking solutions! What we needed up doing was coordinating with an insulation company that blew in compressed cellulose between all rafters beneath the deck. This added over R40 in insulation value! Massive improvement there! AND THEN we removed the existing shingle roof, installed High Temp ice and water shield, AND THEN installed a R5 batt insulated radiant barrier underlayment on the entire structure (Think foil covered blanket for the roof), AND THEN we installed 1x4s on all trusses, 2x2 counter battens for roof framing, AND THEN Stone coated steel! This roof system is going to be one of the most high performing roofs I’ve ever installed! He will have over $50k in his pocket in less than 10 years!! Likely more! So proud of my team and crew for all their hard work to make this happen!! Stonescape Steel Roofing
