❄️ 45.7″ of snow so far this season in Boulder, with 24.9″ of that coming in 2025. This has been the 6th snowiest January since 1950 for the city (with several days still left in the month mind you!)

We think there might be a bear running around in Niwot. We haven't seen one. We have noticed other signs of the possibility. Watch your trash just in case.
