I love sweet potatoes to be on the darker side of crispy 😂 Lunch was ginger garlic chicken with homemade honey mustard and roast cauliflower and dinner was cast iron sirloin with sweet potato rounds and broccoli with smoked paprika and sprinkled with nutritional yeast

*Tip for foolproof cast iron steaks: marinate for a few hours in the fridge and put a teaspoon of baking soda in the marinade = tender and juicy. Make sure to pat steaks dry before searing in a very hot cast iron pan. Cook center to 125f for medium rare. Cover and let sit for a few minutes before slicing

*For crispy sweet potato fries: submerge cut sweet potatoes in water, then pat dry and sprinkle with a little cornstarch before baking (or air frying)

If the hamburger helper of the 80’s grew up, got a job, moved out of moms basement and started going to the gym THIS is what it would be like. Made with ground Turkey, onions, garlic, tomato sauce, a healthy sprinkling of cheddar and biodynamic whole wheat fusilli this is not ya mamas hamburger helper! $12 serves two

Bolognese sauce (no pasta) $9 for 12 oz $15 for 24 oz (the smaller should easily serve two and the larger 4 people)

Ginger chicken stir fry with Jasmine rice $10

All of these will serve two people by the standard recommended serving size
