Tore off the old shingles, paper, and plywood and then reinstalled new CDX sheathing then put down flashing membrane and installed paper on this 1500 sq. Ft. House by MYSELF in 2 DAYS! Even got rid of three bees nests to for the renters!

Could really use some work today if anyone needs any carpentry or construction work done and wants someone who doesn't produce sloppy work or is careless. When I take on a roof job I care about it more then anything else until it's completed and I don't compromise quality by cutting corners.
I call it affordable roofing for a reason because I am willing to work just as hard or harder then the competition for half the price because it brings me great joy to not only build something but save my client thousands in doing so. I like to build and save money and I consider it a honor to work on someone's house for them.

I believe in quality not quantity meaning i like my rows of shingles to be as straight as a airstrip not looking like wildwaves. And you gotta spend time to achieve the max life from your shingles and roof as a whole. I'm into building 25,30, and 40 year roofs depending on the shingles of choice by the client. It kills me to see a client purchase 25 year rated shingles but because they are amateurs trying to rush things they take over and in the end they just built a 5 year roof max from 25 year shingles, if installed correctly!
