Tips for picking the BEST roofer….. I am a one stop shop. No matter what kind of panel you have on your roof. If it needs to be removed to put a new roof on? I will make sure the panels are taken off and reinstalled properly with a water tight seal. Pool heating panels and solar panels can be taken off and reinstalled. We just want to make sure that if you need new brackets or seals? That you get that done. NO SHORT CUTS!!!

Roof TIPs!!!! Always take one last walk around every property looking for any tools that might have been Miss placed or slid off of the roof. NEVEVER Chase material or dropped items trying to pick it up before it slides. Just let it fall off the roof and pick it up later.

If the roofer signing you up will not guarantee that he will roll the yard himself. I would not sign with that roofer. lots of people depending on the project mangers and the crews to magically make everything perfect. But truth is you want to sign up and hold someone accountable for all steps of the process. That’s why I’m the last man on any of my job sites to make sure that everything is up to quality control leaving the property. NO SHORT CUTS!!!

Protecting the air conditioners and the water lines connected to the house is key to making sure you’re not causing more damages. Things fall from the roof all the Time by accident and can damage your air conditioner, pool pumps, garage doors, windows, shutters, and also break water lines connected to the house. NEVER use Plywood to cover the top of air conditioners. You can blow them up!!! But please NO SHORT CUTS! Protect every item on the property. Other wise you will end up losing your profits to fix items you could have avoided.

Go with a roofer that knows his product. There are Lots of brands in the market. But not all of them are the best. Depending on your location/ design of roofing system will depend on the type of material I would recommend. Taking the extra time to check proper spacing is key for the houses breathing correctly after your install. One of the most common issues with roofing systems is the attic not breathing correctly. If you soffit and vents are not right you will lose the life of your shingles way faster then expected. ALSO never use two differnt ventilation systems. Close in all other vents that don’t match, then add proper vents to areas that need it. NO SHORT CUTS!!!

Make sure to walk all areas being roofed. Inspect all of the flashing and stucco meeting points on all roofing systems. If you see something that might need some extra attention that extra attention will always cost extra. So make sure to address all areas of concern before taking on a project.
