One more quality exterior transformation! This one took place in beautiful Los Lagos in Granite Bay, CA!!

The owners were tired of the pale, old yellow and wanted to give it a modern feel with a fully white drenched house. We think it turned out fabulous! What do you think?

A few still shots of the last cabinet job. The client was so happy they had us do the laundry and hall bath as well. Turned out AH- MAY- ZING!!!

After video!

We used Dunn Edwards Aristoshield semi gloss finish in "Urban Bronze".

Application was 3 coats with an FFLP airless finish making it look deep and smooth with no inconsistencies in the sheen at any angle.

Halfway video!

We remove all doors and hardware first.

Then remove any stickers, old cabinet door stops and residue, adhesive, etc..

Follow that up with a thorough wash with hot water, simple green and TSP.

Then once it's dry we painstakingly mask off the prefinished innards of the cabinetry, flooring, walls if not being painted, counteracts, mirrors, etc..

Finally it's ready to sand to remove the clear coat to ensure adhesion.

Oil based primer is then applied in a fine finish followed by another sanding with fine 320 grit.

Then comes the fun part! Finish coating! After video incoming..
