We will continue our food equity programs at the Winter Markets!
π We will offer a $20 SNAP match with Double Up Food Bucks at each Market. Double Up Food Bucks can be spent on fresh, dried, or frozen fruits and vegetables.
π₯ Bucka Bucka Bucks - $5 tokens for folks to buy local chicken and eggs at the Market! Two tokens per family. Household income must be less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit. Tokens must be used the same day.
π₯¬ Check-in at the Info Booth on Market Day to get Bucka Bucka Bucks along with SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks!
π Farm Direct Checks can be spent directly with our farmers at the November 23rd Market before they expire on November 30th, 2024.
β¨π±β¨ Sprouts at the Market will provide crafts, games, produce tastings, and bilingual Story Time at each market. Children who participate will receive $10 in Seed Notes vouchers. Children 12 and under will also receive an additional $5 Little Lettuce token to spend on fresh produce.
β¨πΆβ¨ Music at the Market will host live music from local musicians at each market.
