I came across Frog Eye Salad on my FYP and I was very intrigued by having pasta in with pudding and cool whip. This is mainly a Midwest dish brought for a potluck or eaten as a dessert after a heavy meal. Honestly, it reminded me of ambrosia. It was light, creamy, with a slight fruity taste because of the fruit and their juices. Glad I tried it but this is probably a one time dish for me!

Chicken Cesar Smash Tacos for an easy weeknight meal. These tacos were packed with crunch with every bite and full of flavor from Cajun Seasoning and Garlic & Herb Seasoning! We loved them so much that I ended up cooking them twice this week!

I made this Taco Bundt Cake on a weeknight when we were off of sports. It was crunchy, spicy, cheesy, & beefy! The longest part was waiting for it to bake in the oven! You can absolutely stuff it with whatever you want, any protein, veggies, or cheese of your liking. Once assembled I baked on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Sunday Supper we're having Chicken and mushroom Fricassée.. it's a rich, comforting dish that sits somewhere between a sauté and a stew. Tender chicken thighs are lightly fried, then slowly simmered in a savory butter sauce filled with sautéed veggies and earthy mushrooms. The chicken is simmered gently in a creamy broth, made with stock and a touch of cream and a cup of roux, and seasoned with that good ole Britney BritsCookin Cajun Seasoning & Garlic and Herb
Seasoning to add that surprise kick. This dish has a smooth gravy that clings to every bite, l served this over white rice with a side of petit pois!

My Granny's Blackberry Pie took me straight back to my childhood with just one bite! Packed with juicy, sun-ripened blackberries that bust with a tangy sweet richness, there's hints of sugar, and a golden, flaky crust that adds a buttery crunch. Also, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that slowly melts over the warm pie that adds a smooth and velvety taste with each bite!

Sunday supper we're having crockpot beef tips & gravy over some creamy mashed potatoes! This meal definitely hit the spot after being at the ballpark for 6 hours.. it was comforting, smooth, and flavorful. I cooked it on low for 6 hours and when I got home the beef tips were fork tender. I cooked the mashed potatoes & green beans because I knew I wouldn't have time when I got home!

Britney ‘s Garlic Parm Melting Cabbage + Bacon Bits I have been wanting to try this ever since I seen BritsCookin post this on FB & it definitely did not disappoint! You can cook it by itself as a side or serve over noodles as a meal.. I really enjoyed eating it both ways! I loved the way the finished dish turned out, it was rich and cheesy with a little bit of crunch!
