I came across Frog Eye Salad on my FYP and I was very intrigued by having pasta in with pudding and cool whip. This is mainly a Midwest dish brought for a potluck or eaten as a dessert after a heavy meal. Honestly, it reminded me of ambrosia. It was light, creamy, with a slight fruity taste because of the fruit and their juices. Glad I tried it but this is probably a one time dish for me!
