The Impossible Burger now available at Umami Burger locations in L.A. Looks like meat, but it's all plant-based. Pretty cool, huh? And my brother helped develop it for Impossible Foods. Oh, and it tastes great.

Never get sick of salmon. This is a great dinner for what is left of summer. Sauteed salmon in butter and oil. In a little more butter, sauteed spinach with cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a dash of white wine (chardonnay), a squeeze of lemon juice. Placed salmon on top, added sliced lemon, covered and steamed for a few minutes. That's it! Easy and delicious.
