Beautiful succulent arrangement in a pumpkin planter. It would make the perfect fall decor item or a perfect Thanksgiving hostess gift.
I had the hardest time this season finding a pumpkin shaped container to put a succulent arrangement in. But then I can across Travis Leung on Facebook with a 3D printer and so he made me the pumpkin planters.

This lovely pot is set up with lava rocks on the bottom to allow for drainage through the hole on the bottom of the planter. The pot is then set up with a mixture of cactus dirt, sand and coconut coir to allow for the best drainage. I also mix in a little Diatomaceous earth to deter bugs from growing in the dirt. There is also a layer of sand as a final layer on top of the dirt to deter gnat growth.
