Architecture is an art inseparable from the daily life of a person. It surrounds us throughout our lives: it is both a home, and a place of work and rest. It is an artificially created environment, but at the same time inextricably linked with the surrounding space. In addition to the fact that architecture must meet the practical needs of a person, it is also able to fascinate and surprise.

One of the goals of my business trip to Tajikistan was the presentation of my Samani Tower project. This is a unique and the only one architectural ensemble in the world, embodying the coat of arms of the Republic of Tajikistan.

It will consist of:
- park area
- Samani Tower Hotel and business complex with a height of 254 m and an area of 162,000 sq m
- Areas of offices and apartments in a tower with a height of 200 meters
- VIP residences of Samani Tower

I was inspired to create these unique objects by the national symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan, such as the crown and scepter of King Samani.

The monumentality of nature is replaced by the monumentality of architecture.

The unique and luxurious Kohi Novruz Palace made a strong impression on me as an architect. An amazing combination of traditions and modern possibilities, the hand-finishing of each hall of this architectural masterpiece turns the palace into a modern work of traditional art by the masters of Tajikistan.

The architects of this palace gave me a warm and cordial welcome. We managed to discuss in detail the uniqueness of each hall with the creators of this building.
This is really a very strong job 👍

The cultural and business center "National Unity Square" is a unique public space in Dushanbe, dominated by the first skyscraper 254m high in the form of a crown and a scepter of King Samani (Samani Tower), symbolizing the state emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, as an expression of patriotism of citizens of the country, a monumental image, which will not only become the hallmark of the state, but also give an impulse to unleash the potential of the territory, open up prospects for development, new opportunities and attract large investments to the Republic!

We are rapidly moving towards the implementation of the “Djibouti Towers” project.

1. As part of our official visit at the end of last year to the Republic of Djibouti, important meetings were held with the Ministers of the Republic, the Mayor of Djibouti.

2. In December 2020, the government of St. Petersburg organized a reception of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Djibouti to the Russian Federation, Mohamed Ali Kamil.

As a result of both visits, we reached an agreement on the implementation in Djibouti of our project for a high-rise building of the Djibouti Towers cultural and business center, which will become a symbol of the country's capital.
