📍 Encino Project Update

We’ve officially completed the fence repair sections in Encino 🙌
What started as a repair turned into more work—always a great sign.

The homeowner was so happy with the results that she asked us to:
• Move a fence section forward to help conceal her pool equipment
• Take on additional projects, including painting her windows and eaves, with a patio cover painting possibly coming next

Repairs often take longer than new installations. Even when we plan carefully, once we begin working, new issues can surface that weren’t visible at first. That’s just the nature of repair work.

The important part:
✔️ We stayed on budget
✔️ We communicated every step
✔️ The customer is delighted with the outcome

This is why we take the time to do repairs the right way—not the fast way.
