Michael C. Mathews, A.I.A. Michael is a senior level architectural, development and construction executive with more than 30 years of experience in complex and large-scale real estate projects, including development executive roles at KB Urban, Forest City, The Clarett Group and Bolour Associates, among others. He is concurrently CEO of Mathews Development Group, founded in Los Angeles in 2017. Michael has national experience in project due diligence, entitlement, design, finance, construction and construction management. He has delivered over 5,000 units to the markets in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, the Southern California region, Texas, New York and Orlando metropolitan areas. He has managed all aspects of multi-million dollar projects (scaling $100+MM). Major Projects:
