FALL-OFF-THE-BONE BBQ BEEF RIBS! ๐ฅฉ
You donโt need a smoker to get incredible, sticky BBQ ribs. These Oven-Baked Beef Short Ribs are rubbed with a sweet and smoky spice blend, cooked low and slow until tender, and finished with a thick, sticky BBQ glaze. The meat literally slides right off the bone! ๐คค
๐ INGREDIENTS:
3-4 lbs Beef Short Ribs
Dry Rub: 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper.
1 cup Thick BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Fresh Parsley for garnish
โฑ TIME:
Prep: 15 mins
Cook: 2.5 - 3 hours (Oven)
Total: ~3 hours 15 mins
๐ฉโ๐ณ INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty foil.
Mix the dry rub ingredients and massage generously all over the beef ribs.
Wrap ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 hours until very tender.
Remove from oven and carefully open the foil. Drain excess fat.
Mix BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar and brush generously over the ribs.
Turn oven to Broil (High). Broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is bubbly, sticky, and slightly charred. Watch closely so it doesn't burn!
Slice between the bones and garnish with fresh parsley.
