Today we lost a great one. So this being on the rotation today feels appropriate even though it’s a twist on a classic southern comfort dish. But isn’t that exactly what Dolly was? A classic twist on the familiar. Embodying love & inclusion regardless of where you come from. She made it look so easy. Beautiful in every way and gave back just as much as she received. And there will never be another. So I leave you with a plate of Seoul Food Chicken & Waffles. Double Fried Chicken, Pajeon Style Scallion Waffles, with a Honey Soy Chili Glaze. A request that was incredibly stunning. Golden Root Vegetable Curry, Crispy Cumin Chickpeas, Pickled Onions & Tomatoes with Homemade Naan and of course that Jasmine Rice. The chickpeas provide the texture and added protein while the pickled veggies cut through the yummy richness of it all, and the naan comes in clutch to sop it all up. Crispy doubles were made (iykyk) and good LORDT this was flippin good. Meow! ✨🔮😻🖤

Rounding out the week with one of my favorite things to eat. Pasta! I was asked recently what my favorite shape was and my answer was simply, PASTA! 😹 I’m a tramp for it 🤘😝🤘 And of course I put my Mystic Seasonings by Mystic Meals Sicilian Magick Blend to work on this one with its yummy fennel pollen and citrus notes. So off we go with Fennel Sausage Cavatappi with Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Wilted Arugula in a deliciously light Cream Sauce with Pecorino Frico Garlic Bread. You know ya girl don’t play! Well, I do but you know what I mean… Meow! ✨🖤🔮😻

Oh, I was on one today. Been wanting to make these for a hot minute and today was the day! Al Pastor Spare Ribs with Mango Apple Plum Slaw. Yup. Cilantro, jalapenos, lime, and those yummy fruits replicate the sweetness of what the missing traditional pineapple would have provided, but the mix gave it a little sumthin different that was absolutely lovely with this. And that Al Pastor BBQ sauce? Sheeeeeiiit. Who am I??? Meow! 🤘😛🤘 ✨🔮🖤😻

When they want a sexy & yummy salad and you deliver in spades. 🤘😝🤘BLT’s are one of my favorite sammiches so why not play around with the elements and as I like to say, reconstruct it. Heirloom BLT Salad with Sexy Ass Tomatoes, Purslane in Lemon Chive Dressing, Bacon Fat Croutons, Red Onions & Avocado, with a ton of Crumbled Bacon. This one SLAPPED! Purslane is a lovely little succulent that’s tart, crunchy, and holds up well when dressed to the nines like this. If you see her out in the wild, I highly recommend you pick some up. Meow! ✨😻🖤🔮🥗

Feeling like it’s Tropical Tuesday around these parts with this flippin heat! 😹 So keeping it cool in the tastiest way with a thick ass slice of Mango Coconut French Toast, soaked in Mango Custard, and generously drizzled with Toasted Coconut Caramel. In. SANE! The mangos were perfectly ripe and that caramel was the one. Legit! 🤘😝🤘 Meow! ✨🔮🖤😻🥭

And off we go into another week of culinary sorcery and yummy madness! Pulled Noodles in Scallion Oil with Crispy Ground Pork, and a Chili Fried Egg cause, why not? Just a little bit of a kick from those Szechuan peppercorns but the sauce & scallion oil was elite! Slurp n turf all the way! Meow! ✨🖤😻🌶️🍜
