Another project by Corbel Architects and Ashphill Design.
The Bricks Hotel will restore and reinvent an dilapidated mid-century office building into a creative gathering space, filled with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, art galleries, and retail shops. Its ground floor, open to the public, reflects this vision of revitalizing the local community and connecting the Pico-Union District with the pulse of Downtown LA.

Last year, Union & Grattan Properties, LLC filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to convert the upper floors a five-story office building in Pico Union into a hotel.  The website of Corbel Architects has now unveiled renderings for the proposed development.
