🍄 The Magic of Mushrooms & Cream: A Comforting Chicken Dinner
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp thyme (optional)

Preparation Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add sliced mushrooms. Cook until softened and lightly browned.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and thyme.

Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
