Found pics of two estates I did when I first started years back. Good to see the 200 Cypress trees did wonderful. There was mountains of dirt I had to hike over, major demo it was crazy. I really had to imagine how I was going to design everything. The roads, driveways, patios, walkways it was raw. We did 30 lines of irrigation, installed thousands of pounds of stones, waterfalls, pond etc. I was there two months with my crew. They got such a deal years back at 40,000 each wow. Sometimes clients don't keep up with their landscapes so that makes getting pics hard. My architect friend designed the homes one classic traditional & one Mediterranean.

Cypress wall mixed with heavenly bamboo. White iceberg roses around the fountain with mint green trailing lambs ear. An orchard that leads to a sitting area with a huge weeping tree and Jasmine cascading down with scattered lavender bushes also cobaot blue flowers the make a circle around the seating. Ground cover in a wave design of fuschia color. Main colors Burgundy, Yellow White.

Ahhh delivery reschedule on TO project, multi tasking to the max deadlines. I really love the design, the colors how they evolved naturally, yellows w/burgundy. Irrigation done, technical lighting figured out, wall built secured. In the end it will be amazing...:O
