Top Off Party for Veteran Villas at San Antonio in Norwalk, CA! 🏗🎖 This 100% affordable project will provide 59 homes for veterans and their families along with on-site assistance for the veterans. Nominee Alert! 🚨 We are honored that our project 73rd Street was nominated for the AIA East Bay Design Awards under the Unbuilt category!🏆✨ Designed to target LEED Gold equivalency, the building will be all-electric with on-site solar panels, heat-pump water heaters, drought-tolerant landscaping, and on-site stormwater retention system.🍃♻️☀️ The project is in alignment with the San Diego Association of Government’s Sustainable Communities strategy by providing much needed affordable housing with nearby transit, bicycle, and pedestrian improvements. Congratulations Eden Housing, Inc. and the project team at TCA!

VOX at Cumulus has been recognized as a 🌟WINNER🌟 in the category of Mixed-use Projects for Los Angeles Business Council’s 53rd Annual Los Angeles Architectural Awards! 🌟🏆🌟 Congratulations to the project team who created a community guided by the principles of connectivity and place making. The site planning and architecture of VOX respond directly to the urban scale, fabric, and culture of its surroundings with connections and access points to the neighborhood, Metro Expo station, retail, and public Zocalo park.
