Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries
Instructions
1 Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2 In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
3 Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
4 Fold in blueberries.
5 Cook on a buttered pan over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side.
6 Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
Fluffy, buttery, and full of juicy blueberries.

Chocolate Caramel Cream Layer Cake
Ingredients
2 chocolate cake layers
2 cups whipped cream
1 cup cream cheese or mascarpone
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
1/2 cup crushed cookies or caramel crumbs
Instructions
1 Slice each cake layer in half to make 4 thin layers.
2 Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3 Fold in whipped cream.
4 Place one cake layer on a plate.
5 Spread cream filling, then drizzle caramel.
6 Repeat layers until finished.
7 Spread ganache on top.
8 Pipe whipped cream on top and sprinkle crushed cookies.
9 Drizzle extra caramel over the cake.
10 Chill 2–3 hours before slicing.
Rich chocolate cake with creamy filling and caramel layers.

Lemon Blueberry Cream Cake
Ingredients
1 vanilla or lemon cake, baked in a dish
1 cup lemon curd
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup vanilla pudding or pastry cream
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup crushed cookies or cake crumbs
Powdered sugar
Lemon zest
Instructions
1 Bake a simple vanilla or lemon cake and let it cool.
2 Poke small holes in the cake.
3 Spread lemon curd over the cake.
4 Add vanilla pudding or pastry cream.
5 Spread whipped cream on top.
6 Add fresh blueberries.
7 Sprinkle crushed cookies, powdered sugar, and lemon zest.
8 Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
Creamy, lemony, soft, and perfect with fresh blueberries.

Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta Bake
Ingredients
6 chicken thighs or drumsticks
300 g fettuccine or spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1 Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2 Sear chicken in a pan until golden on both sides.
3 Cook pasta until al dente.
4 In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
5 Add cream, chicken broth, parmesan, and mozzarella. Stir until creamy.
6 Place cooked pasta in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
7 Add chicken on top.
8 Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and golden.
9 Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.

Cheesy Beef Quesadillas
Ingredients
6 large flour tortillas
400 g ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce or salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar/mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp oil or butter
Fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
1 Cook onion and garlic in a pan with oil.
2 Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3 Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
4 Stir in tomato sauce or salsa and cook 3–5 minutes.
5 Place a tortilla in a pan, add cheese, beef filling, and more cheese.
6 Cover with another tortilla or fold it in half.
7 Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
8 Slice into wedges and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

Daydream Drip Shots 🫐💜
Ingredients (4 shots)
1 box berry blue gelatin dessert
Cold water, for gelatin
1/2 cup white grape juice
2–3 tbsp blueberry syrup or blueberry purée
Ice, for chilling glasses
Fresh blueberries
Edible glitter, optional
Mint leaves, optional
Instructions
1 Chill shot glasses in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
2 Prepare the blue gelatin using package directions, then let it cool slightly.
3 Pour gelatin about 1/3 of the way into each glass. Chill until lightly set.
4 Slowly pour white grape juice over the back of a spoon to create a pale layer.
5 Drizzle blueberry syrup or purée down the inside of the glass for the drip effect.
6 Top with fresh blueberries, edible glitter, and mint.
Tip
Use berry blue gelatin for the brightest color, and pour slowly over a spoon to keep the layers clean.

Tropical Candy Sangria 🍍🍬🌈
🥤 Ingredients (serves ~5–6)
750 ml white grape juice (replaces wine)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup peach nectar (replaces schnapps)
1 cup lemon-lime soda
1–2 cups pineapple chunks
1 cup assorted gummy candies (bears, cubes, etc.)
Ice
🍹 Instructions
1 Prepare
Fill a large pitcher with plenty of ice.
2 Pour & mix
Add white grape juice, pineapple juice, peach nectar, and lemon-lime soda.
Stir gently to combine.
3 Add the fun
Toss in pineapple chunks and gummy candies for that colorful candy effect.
4 Garnish & serve
Top with pineapple slices and cherries.
Serve in glasses with extra fruit and candy.
💡 Tips
Chill everything before mixing for best flavor
Don’t over-stir (keeps the colors layered and pretty)

2 oz coconut milk or coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice, chilled
Whipped cream or coconut foam
Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

Hawaiian Lava Flow (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 banana
1 cup ice
1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup, optional
Garnish:
Banana slices
Pineapple chunks
Fresh strawberries
Tropical umbrella
Instructions:
1 Chill your glasses.
2 Blend frozen strawberries with a little pineapple juice until smooth. Set aside.
3 Blend pineapple juice, coconut cream, banana, ice, and honey until creamy.
4 Spoon or pour the strawberry purée into the glass.
5 Slowly pour the pineapple-coconut mixture over it to create the lava swirl effect.
6 Garnish with banana slices, pineapple, and strawberries.
Tips:
Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture.

Mexican Candy Watermelon-Lime Shots (Makes 4)
Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon juice, chilled
1/2 cup limeade
1/4 cup watermelon syrup or watermelon purée
1–2 tbsp lime juice
Ice
For the green layer:
1/3 cup kiwi syrup or green apple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
For the rim:
Lime wedge
Tajín seasoning
Garnish:
Lime wedges
Mini watermelon slices
Extra Tajín
Instructions:
1 Chill your shot glasses.
2 Rub the rims with lime, then dip into Tajín.
3 Pour a small amount of kiwi or green apple syrup into the bottom of each glass.
4 In a shaker, add watermelon juice, limeade, watermelon syrup, lime juice, and ice.
5 Shake well until cold.
6 Slowly pour over the green layer using the back of a spoon.
7 Garnish with lime wedges and a sprinkle of Tajín.
Tips:
Pour slowly for clean layers.
Use cold ingredients so the colors stay separated.
Add more lime juice for a tangier flavor.

Beef Meatballs with Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp parsley
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
½ cup chicken broth or beef broth
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar, optional
Instructions
1 Make meatballs
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Roll into meatballs.
2 Cook meatballs
Sear in a skillet for 8–10 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
3 Prepare sweet potatoes
Warm mashed sweet potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, and a little brown sugar if desired.
4 Make quick sauce
Add broth to the meatball skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping the browned bits. Add a small pat of butter to thicken.
5 Serve
Spoon mashed sweet potatoes into a bowl, top with meatballs, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle parsley.
Tip
For a richer sauce, add 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water to the broth and simmer until glossy.
