Taro Mooncakes. It’s mooncake season which means I get to make some of my favorite pastries. This year’s new flavor is inspired by my husband who loves taro. These mooncakes have a classic mooncake crust with a smooth velvety taro paste filling. They’re so good and not too sweet! I also had the opportunity to test out my new mooncake molds!
