Recently I had one of the joints of the tripod of my Huepar level stand break completely off, and so I sent a note to their support team. They responded and actually ended up sending me a whole new stand, which was exemplary customer support I gotta say, and really impressed me! I also should mention that I really like this stand because it can get to really high ceilings, which I encounter fairly often when I’m putting some of these big mirrors and such on the higher walls, it comes in really handy…plus it’s reasonably priced! When a brand steps up and takes care of the customer you gotta talk about that too, we can’t always just complain about it when they don’t!

Just got this set on a good sale, and I think it will come in handy, I’ll let you know…think it’s a good tool?

It wasn't just dirty, the trash slide out just didn't work, but....the new one DOES! Yeh, I cleaned up a bit too...tho that was just to help out a bit.
