This was my first time trying sparkling collagen water and I have to say, I am impressed! For anyone looking for a fun, refreshing way to take in 11 g of premium collagen peptides I and III, consider Liquid Youth!

One honest detail that was new to me was the flavor of the bovine collagen, which is because I have never tried collagen powder or collagen drinks before. I would be curious to hear your thoughts if this is a taste that is similar to other collagen products. The blood orange flavor was so fun for the summer, and a delicious way to promote hair health, knee health, healthy skin, joint health, a healthy gut, and skin hydration (per Liquid Youth).
