When your backyard ends at the beach, every design decision flows from that truth.

A great bathroom isn’t just about finishes, it’s about how you move through it. Breaking the room into distinct moments creates a sense of transition. Warmer, quieter at the entry, then bright, open, and restorative beyond. It’s a small change in plan that makes the entire space feel like a true escape.

That first glimpse when you walk through the door? It matters. We turned a drywall fireplace into a full-height moment wrapped in tile. Now it anchors the room and earns your attention.

We love a room that gives you something new to notice every time you walk in. The starburst mirror that catches the light differently depending on the hour. The little cactus tucked between the books. The antique Swedish desk holding it all together.

Perched high in the mountains, where architecture meets the horizon. This second home was designed to frame the landscape at every turn, modern, grounded, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Clean lines, expansive glass, and interiors that let the views do the talking.

A glimpse inside a truly cinematic mountain retreat, as seen through the lens of , whose tour captures the scale, the detail, and the experience of living here. Watch the full tour here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gUI6sbRBQ8

Some rooms feel like they've always been this way. That's not an accident. The antique cases, the layered blue and white, the afternoon light coming through French doors onto dark hardwood. We designed every element to bring you home.

A kitchen should work as beautifully as it looks.

We rethought this one around storage, enclosing part of an open wall to create space that simply wasn’t there before. The view shifted, but the light didn’t. By keeping the upper portion open, daylight still moves through, connecting the kitchen to the rest of the house.

From there, it was about bringing everything forward. A lighter, brighter palette that reflects what’s happening just outside, and a space that now works as beautifully as it looks.

As the days get warmer, living moves outside. Slow mornings on the deck, long afternoons in the sun, evenings that linger a little longer. Spaces like this are made for it, easy, open, and connected to the landscape. A handful of fresh blooms on the table, bringing a quiet pop of color into the everyday.

We start every kitchen on paper, walking through invisible morning routines, pancakes, coffee, cleanup, until the layout reveals itself. Only then do we think about how it should look. The best kitchens earn their beauty by working perfectly first.
