2 potatoes, chopped πŸ₯”

3 carrot, grated πŸ₯•

3 beetroot, grated πŸ₯” (assuming "Υ’Υ‘Υ¦ΥΈΦ‚Υ―" means beetroot)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped 🌿

Cooking oil πŸ«’

1 tbsp tomato paste πŸ…

Pre-cooked veal meat, cubed πŸ„

3 bay leaves πŸƒ

Broth or water (for cooking) πŸ’§

Sour cream (for serving) πŸ₯„

Heat oil in a pot πŸ«’.

Fry the chopped onion πŸ§… until golden brown.

Add tomato paste πŸ… and sautΓ© for 1 minute.

Add chopped cabbage πŸ₯¬, grated carrot πŸ₯•, chopped potatoes πŸ₯”, and pre-cooked veal πŸ„.

Add 3 bay leaves πŸƒ and sautΓ© for 2 minutes.

Pour in broth or water πŸ’§ to cover the ingredients.

Cook until potatoes are tender (~20–30 minutes).

Add grated beetroot πŸ₯”, cook for 1–2 minutes.

Stir in chopped parsley 🌿 and turn off the heat.

Let the soup rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream πŸ₯„ on top.
