On this one, we removed the old deck, built new deck with a roof, installed a new front door, installed a new garage back door, replaced some rotten siding. Finished it off with trex on the deck. We used Benjamin Moore Aura on siding, windows and doors.

This one we replaced some rotten wood, added pvc trim boards all around and used a lot of big stretch caulking. We replaced one back door and replaced rotten wood on another. Then we oil based primed and applied 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Aura to everything.

Replaced a lot of rotten wood. 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Aura. Reframed the deck so hot tub could be worked on.
