Now that we are mostly thawed out, it’s time to knock some work out. This project started with a roof leak. We went out and temp repaired the leak then waited on insurance after discovering hail damage. The insurance carrier did not write to replace the whole roof initially. We spoke with them and went the extra mile to get the full roof, gutters, and gutter guards paid for. The customer also wanted some other work done which included rebuilding the whole masonry chimney and finishing out the carport ceiling. The home has a totally different look now. The shingle the customer chose (Owens Corning Peppercorn) looks fantastic on this home. This shingle will also save the customer money on their future insurance premiums with their carrier. We have some possible bad weather moving in Thursday. Give us a call with any exterior issues.

Knocked out another roof this week. We redecked the whole roof, ice and water barrier on all eaves and valleys, built a new cricket behind the chimney, added proper ventilation and installed Owens Corning Duration Desert Rose on this one. All paid for by insurance due to hail damage. New gutters and gutter guards coming next week. So thankful for our loyal customers.
